No. The platform has no recurring platform fee. You either use a free monthly settlement allowance, buy prepaid settlement credits (one-time purchase, valid 12 months), or pay a fee on each settled payment with pay-as-you-go. Enterprise customers can arrange annual invoicing for very high volume.
